The machine uses organic solvent or water to extract the essence from herbs, flowers, seeds, leaves, and so on.
The machine consists of an ultrasonic extraction part, filtration part, solvent recovery part, vacuum part, and electrical control part

Ultrasonic extraction part
The solvent and raw material will be loaded into this tank for extraction. The ultrasonic device is attached to the tank for speeding up the reaction. Ultrasonic device to the outer wall of the tank is better than ultrasonic device inside the tank because the former can prevents heavy metal pollution;
The filtration part consists of two filters and extracts the liquid storage tank. After extraction, the extracts liquid will be filtered and then stored in the tank. The filtration accuracy usually is 30-50 micron, but it also can be adjusted.
Solvent recovery part consists of a steam generator, heater, evaporator recovered solvent storage tank with condenser and chiller.
Steam generator produces steam and enters into the outer layer of the heater. The extracts liquid is circulated between the inside layer of the heater and evaporator. In this way, the extracts liquid is heated, and the solvent is evaporated.
Then the evaporated solvent will be condensed and enter into storage tank for reuse.
The capacity of the evaporator can be customized to large, such as 1000L/H. And the whole evaporation process is under vacuum condition, it will increase the heating efficiency and save much energy;
Vacuum part consists of a vacuum pump, buffer tank, circulated liquid storage tank. The vacuum part is mainly used to provide vacuum condition and pressure difference for separating extracts liquid from used raw material, filtration, and solvent evaporation.
Electrical part control all electrical switch, it’s more convenient to control the whole machine. And the electrical cabinet needs to be placed in a separated room, it will be safer when the solvent is volatile and flammable;
