Working description of CO2 system:
CO2 enters the condenser from the steel cylinder and is filled into the CO2 storage tank. The liquid CO2 in the CO2 storage tank is pumped into the heat exchanger by the CO2 main pump and heated by the heat exchanger, so that the CO2 phase changes into a supercritical state and meets the requirements of the process flow. The supercritical CO2 enters the extraction kettle from the bottom of the extraction furnace and fully contacts with the material, and the material is extracted in the extraction kettle.
The extracted mixture and CO2 from the top outlet of the extraction kettle, through the high-pressure control valve at the outlet of the extraction kettle, enters the primary separation kettle for analysis. The process conditions of the first stage separation kettle were controlled to separate the extraction mixture. The analyte was removed from the bottom of the separation vessel.
The extraction mixture that does not meet the analytical conditions is regulated by the high-pressure control valve at the outlet of the primary separation kettle to enter the secondary separation kettle. The process conditions of the secondary separation kettle are controlled, and the extraction mixture is analyzed and separated again. The analyte was removed from the bottom of the separation vessel. Finally, the gaseous CO2 is filtered into the condenser through the filter. After condensation, the gaseous CO2 becomes liquid and enters the CO2 storage tank for repeated circulation extraction.
